Terms of Service
Last updated May 12, 2026.
1. Who we are
PropCraft (“PropCraft”, “we”, “us”) is software operated by an independent business based in Baku, Azerbaijan. These Terms govern your use of the PropCraft website, app, and APIs (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. What PropCraft does
PropCraft is deal-closing infrastructure for agencies and freelancers. You can create proposals, share them as public links, track when clients view them, collect electronic signatures, and accept payment via Stripe Connect. We're a tool. You decide what proposals say and who you send them to.
3. Your account
You need an account to use the Service. You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away at akorecebov@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
During the current beta, access is invite-only. We can decline, suspend, or end access at our discretion if we believe an account is being misused.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use PropCraft to:
- send proposals you have no right to send, including spam or unsolicited bulk outreach;
- impersonate another person, business, or brand;
- upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful;
- attempt to break, probe, or reverse-engineer the Service, or access data that isn't yours;
- resell, sublicense, or wrap the Service into a competing product;
- collect electronic signatures or payment in violation of applicable law in your or your client's jurisdiction.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you create on PropCraft: proposal content, templates, brand assets, client data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, transmit, and display that content as needed to operate the Service for you. We don't use your content to train AI models, sell it, or share it with third parties beyond the subprocessors named in our Privacy Policy.
You're responsible for having the rights to any content you upload, including logos, images, client information, and the content of every proposal you send.
6. Electronic signatures
PropCraft captures a typed-name electronic signature with an audit trail (signer name, email, IP address, and timestamp). This is designed to satisfy the U.S. ESIGN Act and EU eIDAS for non-qualified electronic signatures. It is your responsibility to confirm that the signing method is acceptable in your client's jurisdiction and for the type of contract being signed. Some documents (real estate transfers, wills, certain regulated agreements) may require a different signing method.
7. Payments
Payments from your clients. When you enable the payment block on a proposal, your client pays you through Stripe Connect. Funds go directly to your connected Stripe account. PropCraft never holds, routes, or has custody of your funds. You're responsible for tax, invoicing, and refunds with your client.
Payments to PropCraft. PropCraft is in invite-only beta and is currently free. When we introduce paid plans, we'll give you advance notice and a chance to opt in before any charge applies to your workspace.
8. Service availability
We work hard to keep PropCraft running. We don't guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or 100% available service. We'll try to give reasonable notice before planned maintenance.
Beta software can break. While in beta the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Don't use PropCraft for proposals where a brief outage would cause you real harm without keeping your own backup of the content.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger zone. Deletion removes your workspace, your proposals, your clients, and all related signatures and view records. Public proposal links stop working immediately. Some records may be kept in backups for up to 30 days before final deletion.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if your activity creates risk for us or other users.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, PropCraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US$50.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product changes. If we make material changes we'll notify active workspaces by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Where local consumer-protection or data-protection law gives you stronger rights (for example under the GDPR), those rights still apply.
